My 1st day on diet...

Saya tengah lunch ni sebenarnya.. Hari ni mls lak nak g pantry..makan depan pc sajork.. Sebabnya, saya dah start diet today....yeeehaaaa!!!..


Before Breakfast
- B Young (Morning): 250ml
- Air kosong 1 gelas

Breakfast - 1 hour after B young
- Shake Herbalife (F1(choc)+F3: 250ml
- Roti gardenia: 2 keping
- 300 ml air kosong

Before Lunch
- B Young evening
- A glass of water

Lunch- 1 hour after taking b young
- Oat
- Sayur: Kobis+tomato+jagung
- Ayam paprika
- Begedil

TADAAA........(sila abaikan kecomotan di bawah)



Saya dah berazam nak diet betoi2 ni... Diet2 jugak..tapi jgn diet smp x makan... Nanti metabolisme kita turun..ssh nak cerna makanan..
Dalam masa yang sama, saya still cont BF.. Hopefully EBM mencukupi untuk BB Aulya...

Ala akak mkn pg lite tghari dh mgelupur cari ns...byk lak tu mkn...tkleh jd..lps ni kena mkn pagi berat blk...so tghari tak meroyan lapo...
